At Pyramid Chiropractic, we work with a wide range of athleticism. Our athletic programs not only help you with any injuries you may sustain, but we can help to prevent future injuries by teaching proper spinal biomechanics. We also cover how to properly warm up, stretch, and build strength all aiding in boosting athlete potential.

Youth Sports

We encourage all youth to play sports as a form of exercise and team-building. But with competitive training comes the need to be prepared to stay healthy and injury-free.

What we teach in our youth sports program

  • Importance of proper nutrition and spinal alignment to prevent injuries on and off the field
  • Learn importance of proper warm up, stretching and strength-building exercises to reduce injury
  • Proper hydration, rest, maintain a healthy weight, proper equipment
